Fatal Wakefield Shooting Death of Brett Stogden
Law enforcement authorities announced today that three men will face charges concerning the death of Brett Stogden. These individuals are scheduled to make their initial appearance in a judicial setting.
West Yorkshire Law Enforcement confirmed the trio will attend a magistrate’s court in Leeds. This connection arises from the death of Brett Stogden, which occurred on Doncaster Road in Wakefield on August 12th. The incident was identified as a homicide stemming from a firearm discharge.
Investigators secured the Doncaster Road vicinity, a thoroughfare adjacent to a fuel station and an intersection, for examination during their probe into the fatal event. Scene examination commenced shortly before midnight on Tuesday, the 12th of August, due to a neighborhood report concerning a gun discharge at that time.
Detectives disclosed surveillance data for a motor vehicle observed in the vicinity concurrent with the shooting incident.
The individuals named in connection with the case are Marc Carter, aged nineteen, residing at Dunbar Street in Wakefield, and Leyton Davies, aged twenty-seven, located at Birchtree Close in Wakefield. Both Marc Carter and Leyton Davies identify as ethnically white, of Northern European descent. Adam Ahmed, aged twenty, from Edgemoor Road in Wakefield, who identifies as Asian, is also included in the list of suspects scheduled to appear.
