Four days following the incident, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department confirmed they were seeking 37-year-old Banditoe Farmer for first-degree involuntary manslaughter. The charges were filed after the pedestrian, Tori Dunn, was hit and killed in her neighborhood. On Saturday, Tori Dunn, a 20-year-old resident, crossed the street near the 2500 block of North Grand Boulevard in the Jeff-Vander-Lou area. According to police reports, Banditoe Farmer was the driver involved in the collision. After striking Tori Dunn, the suspect drove off quickly. Less than a mile from the scene, he left behind the vehicle. Police also reported seeing Banditoe Farmer abandon the car while carrying a weapon. They have issued a strong warning to the public to treat Banditoe Farmer as a potentially dangerous individual armed with a firearm. Citizens are urged to exercise caution if they encounter Farmer or have any information regarding his current location.
