According to official statements, Mr. Perumal Koshy, aged 50 and residing in Portland, was operating a motorcycle vehicle along Northeast Marine Drive when he experienced an impact with an automobile. That car was reported to have made a turn onto 158th Avenue at the point of contact.
Law enforcement officials indicated that the individual behind the wheel of the involved car was a young female occupant, 16 years of age.
