Fatal Cordova shooting death of Antonio Sykes, Jr.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office confirms the death of 18-year-old Antonio Sykes, Jr. from a shooting incident in Cordova.
According to the sheriff’s office, law enforcement personnel discovered the body of the deceased young man inside a parked vehicle located within a nearby parking area on Friday in the late afternoon. The precise location was identified as a car park situated close to the intersection of Berryhill Road and Chimneyrock Boulevard in Cordova.
Paramedics from the Shelby County Fire Department pronounced the male teenager deceased at the scene shortly after the discovery was made.
