Fatal San Antonio car crash death of Jeanette Espita
The Bexar County medical examiner’s office officially confirmed the identity of a female individual who lost her life following an automobile collision on the city’s South Side.
At approximately ten thirty in the evening on Thursday, Espita, identified as being thirty-four years old, was involved in an incident while attempting to cross Southeast Military Drive at the Old Corpus Christi Highway intersection.
Preliminary findings from law enforcement indicate that the operator of a Dodge Caliber vehicle, traveling in the eastern direction along SE Military Drive, was responsible for striking Espita. Further reports suggest that the driver did not flee the scene and actively helped investigators during the ongoing probe.
