The authorities have released the identity of the Florida resident who lost his life in a recreational vehicle accident in Rock County. According to reports from the local medical examiner’s office, identified as the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department, the individual pronounced deceased following the incident was Jeffrey S. Booth, who was 62 years old and resided in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Preliminary findings from a scientific examination conducted at the scene confirmed that Booth’s death resulted from the harm sustained in the accident. Further technical tests are expected to continue to understand the full circumstances of this tragic event.
Emergency services personnel were dispatched towards the close of Tuesday following a report of a recreational utility vehicle collision. Spokesperson for the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, Sergeant Joshua Solturas, confirmed that two people sustained injuries. The time of the occurrence was approximately 10:15 p.m.
The place of the crash was located on East Vincent Road in the town of Milton. Geographical references indicate this area is situated just south of a significant river and located underneath a major interstate transportation network.
Identified as the passenger in the vehicle involved, Booth did not survive the incident. The operator of the vehicle, identified as a man from the community of Edgerton who was also 49 years of age, received medical attention but his injuries did not require hospitalization beyond the immediate emergency response.
