The preliminary review of the situation showed a pedestrian, Hollenia Ann Russell from Albany, Oregon, had crossed the road and was hit by a westbound Dodge Avenger vehicle driven by Breanna Demae Fitch from Lebanon, Oregon. Emergency medical services pronounced Miss Russell deceased at the scene where she was found. The individual operating the Dodge Avenger, Breanna Demae Fitch, experienced relatively minor injuries. Her identity was confirmed later after she reportedly departed the area, leading police to investigate this detail further.
