Middlesex OPP confirmed that a 17-year-old resident of Thorndale, identified as Gavin DeClark, was pronounced deceased following the collision. The victim was driving the small sport utility vehicle at the time of the incident.
Early reports from authorities indicate the feed truck was moving westbound while DeClark’s SUV was heading east. According to police, the vehicles crossed paths when the feed truck veered into the opposing lane, leading to the fatal accident.
