A Sunday morning began tragically for a delivery service employee after a speeding motorist collided head-on with his motorcycle on a national roadway in Barangay Bulua, Zone 7. Police investigators, led by Corporal Edwin Montoya, confirmed the deceased was Fred Dominique Pamesa, identified as a courier service worker and resident of Sto. NiƱo in Barangay Lapasan.

The preliminary inquiry indicates Pamesa was operating his motorcycle sometime around 3 a.m. when a Toyota Vios abruptly veered into his path. Pamesa was immediately transported to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center but was pronounced dead upon arrival. Police are actively seeking the vehicle’s driver, with a witness identifying the driver as a resident of Barangay Barra in Opol. Both the car and motorcycle wreckage have been secured at the police station for examination.
