Law enforcement officials confirmed that a married couple met their demise following an aircraft accident. The pair was involved in an incident on Monday morning along the stretch of road.

This happened at approximately 8:15 in the morning hour. Shortly after, the main body of the plane caught fire, as per the state police report. Other debris from the aircraft was scattered nearby in the woods.

Officials stated that a person traveling on the road at the time was caught up by a piece of the downed aircraft. This individual was taken to a medical facility but is expected to make a full recovery.
Identifying information for the individuals who perished in the accident was provided by the local prosecutor. He revealed that the two victims are a husband and wife. The man, Thomas Perkins, is 68 years of age, and his wife, Agatha Perkins, is 66. Both residents are originally from a nearby town.
The two victims were located inside the main body of the aircraft, situated in the area where the plane came to rest. Medical professionals on the scene confirmed that they were deceased upon arrival.
