Further investigation has led to the identification of a third party, who has been spoken with by local law enforcement. The fatal incident unfolded on Darlene Drive.
Clarksville Police have confirmed that Nolan Jackson, who was 31 years old, was the victim. Authorities suggested that Jackson might have been participating in some illegal acts, which tragically resulted in his passing.
Shaliyah Potts, a 22-year-old, was present with Jackson on the day of the incident. She has since been arrested and formally charged with an attempt to engage in a severe burglary.
Though the third individual’s identity has not been disclosed to the public, it is reported that they are willingly cooperating with the ongoing inquiry and are no longer considered a person of interest by detectives.
