Juarez, a resident of the city. Juarez was discovered deceased on Chandler Way in the 6100 block around 6:20 p.m. on October 13. His son, Alfred Reyes Juarez, has been apprehended and is being held on suspicion of murder charges, according to details from booking records. The incident is under investigation by the Bakersfield Police Department.
