Fatal CHICAGO car crash deaths of MATTHEW CUADRA and APRIL M. VALENCIA
Police reports indicate two fatalities and three injuries resulting from an accident on the South Side of Chicago on Friday evening. Officials stated the incident occurred near the intersection of West 75th Street and South Vincennes Avenue in the Greater Grand Crossing area at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, which was described as chaotic by onlookers. According to police, a 37-year-old female driver of a grey Buick sedan was making a left turn when she failed to yield right-of-way. The victims identified by authorities are 20-year-old MATTHEW CUADRA and 18-year-old APRIL M. VALENCIA, both residents of Lansing.
