The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office has officially confirmed the identity of the individual who lost their life following a severe head-on collision along Sierra Highway and Vasquez Canyon Road. This tragic incident occurred during the early morning hours of Wednesday.
Identified as Frank Navarro, the deceased was 47 years old and a resident of Acton. According to reports from the California Highway Patrol, emergency services were dispatched to the scene after an initial notification around 5:37 a.m. regarding a traffic accident involving two Ford Mustang vehicles.
Further details from Officer Carlos Burgos-Lopez with the CHP indicate that one individual involved in the accident was taken to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital for treatment.
