The individual responsible for the fatality was identified as Frank Navarro, according to a representative from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office, who stated that he was a resident of Acton.

Details regarding the collision, reported at 5:50 a.m. by authorities, were shared with Fred Fielding, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, who noted that the incident took place on Sierra Highway close to Vasquez Canyon Road in Canyon Country.
