Emergency services dispatched to Watervliet Shaker Road near Florence Drive in Latham arrived shortly after 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29th, following reports of a vehicle collision involving a person walking, as informed by the Colonie Police department.
Colonie Emergency Medical Services personnel confirmed that Gregory Browne, who resided in Troy and was 59 years old, did not survive the incident at the scene.
