Fatal Tucson car crash death of Evelyn Todd
Pima County law enforcement officials confirmed 86-year-old Evelyn Todd as the individual who passed away following injuries suffered in the accident. The incident resulted in her untimely demise.
According to reports received by authorities on the morning of November 2nd, sheriff’s deputies from the Foothills District division were dispatched to the area located near West Orange Grove Road and North Mona Lisa Road. Arriving shortly before 8:00 a.m., the responding officers discovered two automobiles involved in the unfortunate event. One vehicle, a Hyundai Azera, was found resting on a retaining wall close to Faith Community Church premises. A second car, identified as a Fiat Spider, was located near the specific intersection point.
At the time of their initial medical assessment, both drivers were transported to a regional medical facility. Their injuries were initially assessed as not posing an immediate threat to their lives. However, the prognosis for one of the occupants later changed tragically.
Tragically, Evelyn Todd, who was identified as one of the individuals involved, was declared deceased at the hospital on the subsequent day, November 3rd. Official investigations into the incident are currently underway to determine the complete circumstances surrounding the accident.
