A report from Arkansas State Police indicates that a 79-year-old man named Robert Perkins met his demise in Eureka Springs when he was struck while crossing a county road. Perkins, who resided in Eureka Springs, was the victim. According to the official statement, a 1994 Ford Ranger, traveling south along County Road 302, collided with the man. Arkansas State Police have informed 5NEWS that law enforcement authorities have decided not to pursue any charges concerning this incident.
