Fatal Richmond Car Crash Death of Stephen Lomax
Emergency responders arrived at Powhite Parkway shortly after 1:46 p.m. on Saturday following reports of a serious accident. Their investigation revealed a vehicle had lost control, impacting the guardrail barrier on the northbound side of the road.
The driver, identified as 41-year-old Stephen Lomax, was pronounced deceased at the scene. A female passenger in the vehicle was transported to a medical center but was expected to recover fully from her injuries.
Richmond Police are examining the circumstances of this single-vehicle accident.
