Fatal Huntsville car crash death of Kevin Corbin – Obituary

Authorities in Huntsville have released additional information regarding a deadly two-vehicle collision that occurred Friday night and resulted in one fatality.

The incident took place shortly before 9 p.m. near the intersection of Memorial Parkway and Mount Charron. According to Huntsville Police, a vehicle traveling southbound on Memorial Parkway crossed the median into opposing lanes of traffic and struck another car.

The driver who crossed into oncoming traffic was pronounced dead at the scene. Madison County Coroner Dr. Tyler Berryhill later identified the deceased as 27-year-old Kevin Corbin.

Police reported that two occupants in the second vehicle sustained injuries in the crash. Their current conditions have not been released.

The collision remains under investigation as officials continue to review the circumstances that led to the crash.
