Lil’raylin Harrison, a 17-year-old teenager, died after being shot during the night inside an Orange County neighborhood in Orlando, authorities confirmed.

According to deputies, the shooting occurred around 9 p.m. on 26th Street near Ria Grande Avenue. Lil’raylin Harrison was found suffering from gunshot injuries and was rushed to a hospital for treatment. Despite medical efforts, he later died from his wounds.

Investigators have not released information regarding what led to the shooting, and it remains unclear if any suspects have been identified or taken into custody.

Law enforcement officials noted that Harrison’s death is the fourth fatal shooting involving a teenager in Central Florida since Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day, a separate shooting claimed the life of a 13-year-old, and in that case, a 15-year-old was arrested and charged with manslaughter.
