Timothy Miller, a 59-year-old resident of Gates, was identified as the man who lost his life following a two-vehicle collision in the town of Greece over the weekend. Timothy Miller died after being seriously injured in the crash that occurred on Saturday afternoon.

Greece police said officers were dispatched to the intersection of Elmgrove Road and Deming Street at approximately 4:10 p.m. on December 27. When authorities arrived, they discovered that Miller had been thrown from one of the vehicles involved and was suffering from life-threatening injuries.

Firefighters and emergency medical personnel administered emergency care at the scene before Miller was transported to a nearby hospital. Despite medical treatment, he was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the other vehicle involved sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for evaluation. Police reported that there was no evidence of intoxication or impairment, and no charges are anticipated at this time.
