Andrea Leeann Wright dies in fatal Upton County head-on crash

Fatal Upton County head-on crash death of Andrea Leeann Wright – Obituary

A head-on collision on New Year’s Eve in Upton County resulted in the death of 21-year-old Andrea Leeann Wright from Arkansas and left 30-year-old Calton Gage Davis of San Angelo seriously injured.

The crash took place around 10:10 a.m. on December 31 on SH 349 when Wright, driving a 2014 Nissan, lost control and crossed into the northbound lane, where she collided with a 2025 Ford F-250.

Wright, who was wearing her seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene, while Davis, also seatbelted, was transported to Odessa Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. The Texas Department of Public Safety continues to investigate the incident.
