Fatal Prince George’s County shooting death of Ronez Proctor, Pierre Davis, and Kevon Medley Williams – Obituary

Three men were killed in a shooting outside a banquet hall in Prince George’s County early Saturday morning, authorities confirmed. The victims have been identified as Ronez Proctor, 27, of Waldorf; Pierre Davis, 33, of Washington, D.C.; and Kevon Medley Williams, 26, also of Washington, D.C.

Prince George’s County Police reported that officers arrived at the 4300 block of Saint Barnabas Road around 2:10 a.m. on Jan. 3, where they discovered all three men suffering from gunshot wounds. Each was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have charged Antonio Lancaster, 39, of the Landover area, in connection with the deaths. Lancaster was taken into custody in Fairfax County, Virginia, after a multi-agency effort involving the Prince George’s County Police Fugitive Unit and the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force. He faces multiple charges, including first- and second-degree murder related to Proctor’s death and additional counts for shooting at Medley Williams.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Davis and Medley Williams may have exchanged gunfire in the parking lot, fatally striking each other. Lancaster, who was also armed, allegedly shot at both Proctor and Medley Williams during the incident before fleeing the scene.

Police indicated that the suspect and the victims were acquainted, but the motive behind the shooting remains unclear. The investigation is ongoing.
