A 59-year-old North Las Vegas man lost his life Friday night after his motorcycle collided with a wild burro north of the city. Nevada Highway Patrol troopers responded to the scene just before 10:45 p.m. on southbound U.S. Highway 95 at mile marker 100.

Authorities reported that Aughinbaugh was pronounced dead at the scene. The Nevada Highway Patrol confirmed his identity in an official release.
