Juan Frausto, 53, was killed early Monday in a collision on the ramp connecting the eastbound Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway to the southbound San Gabriel River (605) Freeway in Norwalk, the California Highway Patrol reported. The crash occurred at approximately 12:44 a.m.

According to a witness, a yellow truck and a black SUV collided, and the truck may have left the roadway. Frausto was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner confirmed Frausto’s identity on Tuesday, and authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the deadly accident.
