Raymond Palacio, 62, was identified as the man who died after being struck by multiple vehicles in a hit-and-run incident in Fort Worth. Raymond Palacio succumbed to his injuries Sunday evening following the crash.

According to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office, the incident occurred around 6:37 p.m. near the intersection of Ephriham Avenue and Northwest 24th Street. Authorities said Palacio was hit by two vehicles while in the roadway, and one of those vehicles fled the scene immediately after the collision.

Emergency responders transported Palacio by ambulance, but he was pronounced dead while en route near the crash location. Fort Worth police confirmed that one driver remained at the scene, while the second driver left before officers arrived.

Investigators have not released details about the drivers involved, and it is unclear whether any arrests have been made. The incident remains under investigation as police work to locate the vehicle that fled the scene.
