Fatal Baltimore hit-and-run death of Philip Jones – Obituary

Philip Jones, 48, succumbed to injuries sustained after being struck by a vehicle in Baltimore, police confirmed.

The incident took place Sunday morning in the 1200 block of West North Avenue, where an officer on patrol was alerted to a man hit by a car. Jones was transported to a hospital but died Wednesday from his injuries.
