Amber Nall, a 33-year-old woman, was found dead last week in Clarksville, Tennessee, after a van plunged into the Cumberland River, authorities confirmed.
Witnesses reported the crash Friday morning near the Lock B South boat ramp. Emergency responders discovered Nall and her dog inside the submerged vehicle.
