Cora Jean Carlisle, 76, and her brother Charley James Carlisle, Sr., 79, were killed in a house fire on Jan. 7 in the 1500 block of Pine Street in Mulga, Alabama. Authorities said both victims were found inside the home after firefighters responded to the blaze.
