Fatal Tumwater parking lot accident death of Victoria Roser – Obituary

Victoria Roser, 86, of Olympia, died Monday after being struck by a vehicle in a grocery store parking lot at 520 Cleveland Avenue Southeast in Tumwater. Thurston County Coroner Gary Warnock reported that Roser sustained blunt force head injuries, and her death has been classified as an accident.

Authorities said the driver, a 51-year-old man, did not see Roser at the time of the collision. Tumwater police confirmed that the driver was not arrested and that there is no indication of impairment. Washington State Patrol assisted in the investigation, which is now complete.
