Patsy Sanchez, 66, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was killed on January 3 after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Flamingo Road near Pearl Street, authorities confirmed. Police reported that Sanchez was not in a marked crosswalk when she was hit by a 2006 Dodge Durango driven by 49-year-old Arch Doran, also of Las Vegas.
Sanchez was transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. The incident remains under investigation by Las Vegas police.
