Fatal San Antonio pedestrian accident death of Stacy Rodriguez – Obituary

Stacy Rodriguez, 36, of San Antonio, was killed Friday night after being struck by a car while crossing Bandera Road near Loop 1604. Authorities reported the incident occurred around 9:20 p.m.

Police said Rodriguez may have been involved in an argument and attempted to cross the busy street to diffuse the situation when a white sedan hit her. She was transported to a hospital in critical condition and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement. The Bexar County Medical Examiner ruled Rodriguez’s death an accident, and no charges are expected in connection with the crash.
