Selena Johnson, 41, was found dead after being brought to Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta by a man who then fled the scene. The incident occurred when Michael Lee Harrelson, 47, arrived at the hospital claiming he needed emergency assistance for the woman.

A nurse reported that Johnson had been slumped over in the front passenger seat of a vehicle and was unresponsive. Hospital staff confirmed her death, and the Richmond County Coroner’s Office identified her through fingerprint records. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death.
