Tiverton police confirmed that 74-year-old Humberto Macedo of Fall River was found dead Tuesday morning in the parking area of a garage at 100 Bay Street. Officials reported that the circumstances of his death did not appear suspicious.

Surveillance footage revealed that Macedo had been in the area since Monday evening. Investigators noted that the video did not capture any interactions with other individuals or indicate signs of foul play.

The State Medical Examiner is conducting an investigation to determine the official cause of death.
