Authorities have identified the man who was found shot and killed in Oildale as Kyle Hall, 35.

According to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, Hall’s body was discovered on the 200 block of Decatur Street after deputies responded to the scene. Investigators believe the shooting occurred inside a building, and a SWAT team later cleared the structure as part of the ongoing inquiry.

As of now, no suspect has been publicly identified in connection with the deadly shooting. The sheriff’s office has asked anyone with information to contact them to assist in the investigation.
