Manchester, New Hampshire Man Mark Delisle Arrested in Manchester for Fatal Stabbing

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Mark Delisle, a 32-year-old resident of New Hampshire, was arrested in Manchester in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred Tuesday night.

According to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, Delisle was taken into custody on Monday following an investigation into the death of 35-year-old Yan Leek of Londonderry. Authorities say the incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Barry Avenue and Spruce Street, where first responders found Leek lying on the ground with an apparent stab wound to the chest.

Investigators said Leek was transported to Elliot Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy later confirmed he died from a stab wound to the chest, and his death was ruled a homicide.

Delisle was transported to a local detention facility and is currently facing one count of second-degree murder in connection with the incident. He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Manchester.
