Fatal Manchester, New Hampshire stabbing death of Yan Leek – Obituary
Yan Leek, 35, of Londonderry, was killed Tuesday night after being stabbed during an incident in Manchester, New Hampshire. Authorities say the attack occurred around 9:15 p.m. near the intersection of Barry Avenue and Spruce Street.
First responders arrived to find Leek on the ground suffering from a stab wound to the chest. He was transported to Elliot Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. An autopsy confirmed the cause of death as a chest stab wound, and officials ruled the case a homicide.
The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office announced that 32-year-old Mark Delisle has been arrested and charged with one count of second-degree murder in connection with Leek’s death. Investigators noted that this marks the first homicide recorded in the state in 2026.
Delisle is expected to be arraigned Thursday in Manchester. Law enforcement officials continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the stabbing and are asking anyone with information to contact the Manchester Police Department.
