Fatal Kansas City, Missouri shooting death of Charles Lewis – Obituary

Charles Lewis, 33, was fatally shot on Jan. 22 while sitting in his vehicle near the intersection of Linwood Boulevard and Broadway in Kansas City. Police said the incident occurred when another car pulled up alongside Lewis’s vehicle and shots were fired into it.

Emergency responders transported Lewis to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities are treating the case as a homicide.
