Eusebio Pablo Pablo dies in fatal Cottage Grove, Oregon shooting

Fatal Cottage Grove, Oregon shooting death of Eusebio Pablo Pablo – Obituary

Eusebio Pablo Pablo, 50, a Cottage Grove resident, was shot to death on Jan. 20 in the 1500 block of Highway 99, authorities confirmed. Police say the incident is being treated as a homicide.

Cottage Grove police responded to reports of a man found bleeding and unconscious around 5:30 a.m. Officers discovered Pablo with an apparent gunshot wound and attempted CPR, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire and seeing a person in dark clothing fleeing the area.

The suspect remains at large. The investigation is ongoing with assistance from the Lane County Sheriff’s Office and the Lane County District Attorney’s Office. Anyone with information is urged to contact Cottage Grove Police at 541-942-9145.
