Fatal Boiling Springs motorcycle crash death of Justin Coley Motes – Obituary
Justin Coley Motes, 43, of Inman, South Carolina, passed away on January 27, 2026, following a motorcycle crash that occurred on Highway 9 on January 19. The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office confirmed Motes succumbed to his injuries after 7:15 p.m. at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, more than a week after the accident.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol conducted an investigation into the crash, which involved only Motes as the sole victim.
