Fatal Columbus domestic shooting death of Lexus Antrom – Obituary

Lexus Antrom, 28, was killed in a domestic-related shooting at a residence in east Columbus, Georgia. The incident happened during the early morning hours of February 12, 2026, at a home in the 4500 block of Gardiner Drive, where officers responded to reports of gunfire.

Police arrived at the scene and found Antrom suffering from gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at 4:50 a.m. A 22-year-old man, later identified as Kevawn Davenport, was also shot and taken to Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital for treatment.

Following an investigation, detectives determined the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute between Antrom and Davenport. Warrants were served on Davenport while he remained hospitalized.
