Fatal Hudson car crash death of Trevez Terrell – Obituary

The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the man who lost his life in a multi-vehicle collision on February 18 in Hudson. He was 43-year-old Trevez Terrell, originally from Akron.

Emergency responders from Hudson police and fire departments were called to the scene shortly after 5:30 a.m. following reports of a serious crash along Route 91 near Hines Hill Road. Terrell, who was operating one of the vehicles involved, was declared dead at the location.

Others who were traveling in the remaining vehicles suffered injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals. Authorities have not released updates regarding their medical conditions.

Officials from the Hudson Police Department, working together with the Summit Metro Crash Response Team, are continuing to examine the circumstances that led to the fatal collision.
