Elian Ramses Ramirez, 20, of Alamo, was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday morning, March 5, 2026. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on the 1000 block of Sioux Road.
Ramirez, who was walking in the area, suffered severe head trauma when he was hit by a gray 2022 Toyota Camry and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, Paola Monserrat Reyes, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
