Fatal Amory pedestrian crash death of Jake Harrison – Obituary
Jake Harrison, 19, of Amory, died following a pedestrian accident in Monroe County on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The crash occurred on Boulevard Drive South near Hatley Road.
Emergency responders transported Harrison to a local hospital in Amory, but due to the seriousness of his injuries, he was later moved to a hospital in Jackson, where he passed away Sunday morning.
The Amory Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and has not released additional details at this time.
