Fatal Greenville, South Carolina motel shooting death of Sulayman Necros Blue – Obituary

A 49-year-old man was killed Friday afternoon in a shooting at The Budget Inn on Bruce Road in Greenville County. Authorities were dispatched to the scene at 2:30 p.m. after receiving reports of the shooting.

Upon arrival, deputies found Sulayman Necros Blue suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save his life, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed his death was due to a gunshot wound, and the manner of death was ruled a homicide.

The investigation is ongoing, led by both the Greenville County Coroner’s Office and the Sheriff’s Office. No suspects have been taken into custody, and additional details have not been released at this time.
