Authorities have confirmed the identity of a man who lost his life in a weekend incident in Surrey. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team reported that 45-year-old Zachery Rider, a resident of the Lower Mainland, was discovered seriously injured and unresponsive on Saturday morning.
