Fatal Des Moines shooting death of Daniel Lott, Sr. – Obituary
Daniel Lott, Sr., 45, of Des Moines, was shot and killed early Sunday morning inside an apartment on the 3600 block of Kennedy Drive. Responding officers arrived shortly after 4 a.m. and found Lott suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities reported that the shooting resulted from a dispute between Lott and someone he knew. Police continue to search for the suspect and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
