Charles Watkins Jr. dies in fatal Louisville shooting near Park Hill
Fatal Louisville shooting death of Charles Watkins Jr. – Obituary
The coroner’s office has identified 33-year-old Charles Watkins Jr. as the man killed in a shooting that took place Sunday evening near Park Hill.
Louisville Metro Police were called to the intersection of West Oak and Dr. W.J.
Hodge streets around 7:40 p.m., where they discovered Watkins suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and the Louisville Metro Police Department’s Homicide Unit is continuing to investigate.
