Fatal Spartanburg County ATV accident death of Esley “Carroll” Condrey – Obituary
An 85-year-old man from Inman, Esley “Carroll” Condrey, tragically passed away on Monday after being trapped beneath an ATV.
According to the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office, Condrey was working on clearing land on Turpin Road in Inman between 10 a.m. and 8:40 p.m. when his ATV overturned and fell on him.
At the time of the incident, Condrey was using the vehicle to tow wood. A forensic examination is set to take place on Tuesday morning.
